Bio

Chris leads the implementation UNCDF’s programme in Uganda that is focused on “Leaving No One Behind in the Digital Era”. In this programme, UNCDF employs a market systems approach and works with public and private sector partners to build an inclusive digital economy; particularly targeting under-served communities. Chris is passionate about digital technologies as a means to achieve sustainable development and focuses his work to ensuring that under-served communities have access to and usage of digital technologies to improve their productivity and wellbeing.
