Bio

Collin has over 20 years’ experience in leadership and business transformation using Information Technology. Collin worked as the Cloud Territory Leader at Oracle Corporation East Africa since August 2018. Before Oracle, he worked as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Head of IT at NSSF – Uganda where he spearheaded business transformation of the back end operations, customer facing systems and change management using innovative technology solutions. Collin holds a Bachelor’s of Computer Science (BCS) from Mbarara University of Science & Technology and a Master’s in Leadership Development in ICT & the Knowledge Society from the University of Mauritius. He also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Leicester (UK) and another Post Graduate Diploma in ICT & Knowledge Society from Dublin City University (Ireland). He is also Certified in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (UK), Balanced Score Card/Strategy (University of Washington), ICT Leadership Development (African Union/GESCI), Information Security (USA), Finance for non-Finance Managers, ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, HP Servers & Global Oil and Gas Management (USA)
